Data deletion code – keeping your personal data safe.

When purchasing certain durable data storage devices – such as mobile phones, laptops, computers, hard drives, SSDs, and USB flash drives – the consumer is entitled to a free data deletion code.

With the help of the data deletion code, the data deletion service provided by the NMHH can be used, allowing personal data stored on the device to be securely and irreversibly deleted. One code can be used for the one-time deletion of one durable data storage device.

Where can I find the data deletion code?

For every sold product eligible for a data deletion code, the KovaPapír webshop displays the data deletion code on the invoice issued for the purchase. If a purchase includes several eligible products, the corresponding codes can also be found on the invoice.

Important: please keep your invoice and the data deletion code shown on it! The code is required to activate the data deletion service.
